These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by Seido DA (based in Oslo, Norway) and any related educational, 3D motion design, or VFX services provided by Seido DA.

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website or using any services provided by Seido DA.

Seido DA reserves the right to review and amend any of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. Any changes will take effect immediately from the date of publication.

Description of Services

Seido DA provides:

• Educational Content: Access to video-based tutorials, project files, and courses focused on 3D software, motion design, and Visual Effects (VFX).
• Client Motion Design Services: Bespoke 3D motion design and visual content creation for marketing purposes.

Limitations of Use

By using this website or purchasing our services, you warrant on behalf of yourself, your users, and other parties you represent that you will not:

• Modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials, software, or project files provided by Seido DA;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from any materials provided;
• Transfer materials to another person or "mirror" materials on any other server;
• Knowingly or negligently use our website or services in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks or any other service Seido DA provides;
• Transmit or publish any harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material;
• Send unauthorized advertising or spam;
• Harvest, collect, or gather user data without consent; or
• Infringe upon the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property & Usage Policy

All courses, tutorials, project files, 3D assets, motion design deliverables, and proprietary materials on our platform or delivered through client projects are owned by or licensed to Seido DA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Educational Content: Content is provided strictly under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for individual educational use. Redistribution, reselling, sharing, or public display of course materials or project files—whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes—is strictly prohibited.
• Client Deliverables: Ownership and usage rights for custom motion design deliverables created for marketing clients are governed by individual client contracts executed directly with Seido DA.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

Account Registration & Payments

To access certain services or courses, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Payments for courses, subscriptions, or custom motion design services are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). Seido DA does not store or directly retain your full financial information. You agree to comply with the relevant terms of service of these third-party processors.

Subscription, Delivery & Refund Policy

• Access: Purchased course access or active subscriptions grant you access to Seido DA's specified educational materials. If on a recurring subscription model, access remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle following cancellation.
• 7-Day Refund Policy: You are entitled to request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the original purchase date will not be eligible for a refund. To request a refund within the 7-day window, please contact us at matsfnyman@proton.me with your order details.

Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

Our website and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Seido DA makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seido DA, its partners, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our website, services, or materials.

Severability & Governing Law

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to our website or services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oslo, Norway.
